Water heater repair: homeowners reported lukewarm water despite setting the unit to its highest temperature. Upon examination, I discovered a malfunctioning heating element. I replaced the faulty component, flushed the tank to remove sediment buildup, and conducted a system check to ensure the water heater was operating at peak efficiency, leaving the homeowners with a reliable and properly functioning hot water supply.

Went to a residential home to install a new water heater. Removed the customer's old water heater before installing the new one. Tested the system for performance and leaks. The new heater is working as it should for the homeowner. The customer was pleased with the upgrade.
