Went out to assist a residential customer with an air conditioning malfunction. Upon inspection of the system, I found a refrigerant leak. The evaporator coils also needed to be replaced. The coils were replaced and the leak was repaired so the refrigerant could be refilled. The unit is now operating as it should for the customer.
Air conditioner repair for a residential customer. When I arrived at the home, I inspected the outdoor unit and found that the condenser switch was malfunctioning. I was able to install new condensers for the system to bring it back to working order. The unit is now operating as per the manufacturer's specifications.

A new pressure release value was installed to repair the water heater and resolve the issue. The unit is now fully operational.

I called from an email ... I talked to Mike. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. Mike explained that there was a service charge, applied to the repair needed. He gave me a window of when to expect the service provider.
Bryan called me to say that he was running 30 minutes late and did show up at that time. Bryan was attentive to my explanation ... I had tried to replace the fan motor myself ... don’t do that!!! I put the fan up-side-down and wired the motor to run backwards. My house would not cool more than 80 degrees and you know it was HOT. Bryan reworked the AC had to add a part that I abused, and repositioned the fan ... now holy cow ... cool house happy wife great life.
I was charged the service fee plus $25.00 for the part ... wow I was so happily surprised!

Las Vegas handyman diagnosed our old ac problem and advised us what to expect if we wanted to pay to fix our 20 year old unit or install a new unit. We decided to replace the old unit and Manny was very experienced and competent when it came to AC. Our new unit is great and runs perfectly
